Biography
Helen is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employment Department, and a graduate of Oxford University. She was called to the Bar in 2006,
and she cross qualified as a Solicitor in 2009.
Helen joined Cullimore Dutton in march 2010 having previously worked in house for a large South Wales local authority, where she advised on employment matters.
Helen specialises in advising
on contracts of employment and employee handbooks, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, discrimination issues, maternity and paternity
rights and employment tribunal and other employment related proceedings.
Helen's interests include tennis, pilates, travel and reading classic literature.
